Exact Measurements Before Production Starts

One wrong measurement can cost more than your entire order. We visit your site and measure every dimension — by laser scan or by hand — before a single piece is made.

Why it matters

One wrong number.
Everything has to be remade.

Most sourcing problems don't start in the factory. They start with a number written down wrong.

Cabinet doors
Doors that hit the wall when opened
Wall width recorded 8cm short — cabinets were built to plan, not to reality.
Full cabinet remake + 4–6 week delay
Window frame
Frame that doesn't fit the opening
Aluminium window ordered 3cm too wide — the opening wasn't square.
Re-fabrication at full production cost
Floor tiles
Not enough tiles to finish the last row
Room diagonal wasn't measured — tile count was 7% off.
Emergency re-order, different dye lot, visible mismatch
These aren't edge cases. They happen on nearly every project where measurements are self-reported. We've seen all of them. That's why we do the measuring.

How we measure

Professional tools.
No guesswork.

We don't rely on blueprints or floor plans alone. We measure what's actually there — because walls are never perfectly straight, and drawings are rarely fully updated.

Laser measurement
Best forLarge spaces, high ceilings, complex layouts
ToolLaser distance meter (±1mm accuracy)
CapturesRoom dimensions, wall lengths, ceiling heights, diagonal cross-checks, openings
OutputDigital record, ready for factory input
Manual measurement
Best forCabinet recesses, stair risers, tile borders
ToolSteel tape, spirit level, angle gauge
CapturesRecess depths, step heights, irregular corners, plumbing and electrical positions
OutputDetailed sketch scanned and sent to you as PDF
On most projects we use both methods together — laser for the overall layout, manual for the fine details.

Client case

A real example:
4 cm that would have cost $3,000

A client in Singapore was renovating a 220 sqm villa. He sent us his architect's drawings and was ready to place a full cabinet and flooring order.

Before we started production, we arranged a site visit. Our engineer found that one kitchen wall — marked as 380 cm on the drawings — was actually 376 cm. The column at the corner was load-bearing and couldn't be modified.

We adjusted the cabinet layout before any material was cut. If we had built to the drawing, the corner unit would have needed to be scrapped and rebuilt entirely.

Estimated cost of that mistake: around $2,800 in materials and a five-week delay.

The client confirmed his full order that week. On installation day, everything fit.

Yes. The on-site measurement is completely free. For visits outside Guangdong Province, you cover our travel costs — we charge nothing for the measurement itself or the report.
No. The report is yours regardless of whether you order with us. There is no obligation at any stage.
Yes, and many clients do. We review them carefully and flag any gaps before production starts. That said, measurements you take yourself are harder to verify — we always recommend an on-site visit for orders above $5,000.
A standard villa of 200–300 sqm takes approximately half a day (3–4 hours). Larger or more complex projects may require a full day.
Absolutely. The report is in PDF format and is designed to be shared. Many clients send it directly to their interior designers or local contractors.
Once you approve the report and confirm your order, production begins within 5 business days. Your measurements go straight into our production drawings — no re-entry or re-checking needed.
